Mark joined Cato Consultants after graduating from Otago University with a Bachelor of Surveying with Credit in 1995. In 1998, he gained a Certificate of Competency and qualified for registration. Mark's areas of expertise include project management, engineering design and the administration of land development projects. Mark became a Principal of Cato Bolam in 2001 and a Director in 2005.
