Michelle's area of expertise lies in Resource Management for urban and rural land development, engineering design and the supervision of subdivisional land developments. She joined the company following her graduation in 1989 and qualified for registration in 1993. In 1995, Michelle became a Director. Career highlights include being awarded the Turnball Thompson Memorial Prize for completing her final university year with the highest academic record, and picking up the Sir Holmes Miller Prize for Best Dissertation.
