In his role as Planning Manager, Peter is responsible for growing our resource management and planning services. He has broad experience in resource management and planning at District, Regional and Environment Court levels, much of it gained during his 14 years with the Waitakere City Council - New Zealand's fastest-growing city at the time.

Peter has also worked for the Napier and Upper Hutt City Councils in planning roles. He has been a member of the New Zealand Planning Institute since 1982, was elected to the Institute Council in 1996 and became Vice President in 1998. Peter joined Cato Consultants in 2000.
