Project Design
CATO BOLAM has a team specialising in land development engineering. CATO BOLAM will design the full land development project, including provision for earthworking, stream and bush protection and enhancement, provision of roading, access and utility services, stormwater and wastewater disposal and building platforms. CATO BOLAM will promote environment-friendly solutions, using the latest technologies available and acceptable to the consent authorities.

Costing/Feasibility Studies
CATO BOLAM offers services for the costing of land development projects, from the initial planning stage, through resource consents, to development design, implementation and completion. This enables clients to assess the viability of a project before commencement.

Project Engineering
CATO BOLAM provides engineering services inluding
designs for earthworks, roading, drainage and service infrastructure.

Consultant Liaison
Where specialist engineering input is required, such as geotechnical investigation and reporting, CATO BOLAM will work
with other consultants to ensure projects are coordinated and well-presented.

Project Management
CATO BOLAM will prepare contract documentation, calling and letting of tenders, administer and observe contracts, arrange for the certification of works and prepare asbuilt plans.
