The finale to the Pauanui Waterways “The Hammerhead” is well underway

Since its inception in 1993, the Pauanui Waterways has become an iconic waterway development and an extraordinary coastal destination.

The Hammerhead, with its 12 exclusive sections, generous build site coverage of 45%, and sizes ranging from 691m² to 1104m², is a unique development.

The premium mooring options, extending up to 22m, including a catamaran berth, complete with a pontoon, gangway, and private boat ramp access, add to its allure. This world-class development features architecturally diverse homes and landscapes with private jetties for boats and jet skis.
