The Omana North Apartment development is located on the site of the Milford Mall in Milford. It is a bespoke, architecturally designed 9-level building comprising 63 high spec apartments, each with a secure separate carpark. The building is located on the site of shops and cafes and within 5 minutes’ walk of Milford Beach. There are expansive views of the Hauraki Gulf, Rangitoto, Milford Marina and beyond.

Cato Bolam has been involved for many years in providing planning advice on development of the Milford Town Centre. The client’s vision was for a high quality mixed use development involving an upgraded mall and several stages of residential apartment living in a prime location.
Cato Bolam planners assisted in achieving planning provisions that allowed for the vision to be put in place and then worked with the client to prepare, lodge and obtain resource consents for the development. This was achieved on a non-notified basis, reflecting the thought put into the design and an acknowledgment the development ticked many boxes including providing for quality living within a town centre environment.
